1. SERVICES GoGrova AI provides AI audit and automation consulting services for local businesses. Free beta audits are offered at no cost for the first limited clients. Paid audits are $497.
2. FREE AUDIT The free AI audit is provided as-is with no guarantee of specific results. GoGrova AI reserves the right to end the free beta program at any time.
3. PAID SERVICES Payment is required before work begins. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All reports, presentations, and materials delivered by GoGrova AI are for client use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GoGrova AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6. CANCELLATIONS Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled using the links provided in your confirmation email.
7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement.
